Wayne W. Ingersoll, 79, of Red Creek, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born in Baldwinsville, January 3, 1946, son of the late Emerson Ingersoll, and the late Elizabeth Vanese Ingersoll. He loved gardening, fishing, time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He had worked as a self-employed painter prior to retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen Young Ingersoll, daughter, Lisa Ingersoll Evankowvish of Fair Haven, son, Wayne (Melinda Kline) Ingersoll of Sterling, brothers, Dwayne (Elinor) Ingersoll of Volney, Leon Ingersoll of Smithville TX, Dean (Yvonne) Ingersoll of Sarasota Fl., grandchildren, Gauge Ingersoll, Awstyn Ingersoll, Lileigh Ingersoll, Elizabeth Evankowvish, and Taylor Evankowvish, great grandchildren, Vivian, and Ireland, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Wayne's life will take place at an undetermined date. For those wishing to make contributions in his name they may do so to the Red Creek Fire Department. Arrangements are in care of the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek.
