Valerie J. Beman, 54, of Victory, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024. She was raised in Victory, daughter of Thomas H. Beman Sr., and Joyce R. Beman. She is welcomed into Heaven by both of her parents and each of her many loved ones who went before her.

She is survived by her son, Caleb (Alishia) Beman of Victory, granddaughter, Winsley Beman, brothers, James Beman and Thomas Beman Jr. of Victory, sister, Janis (Randy) Paul of Martville, as well as many other friends and family members who she loved deeply.

She worked as a dispatcher for Cayuga County 911 for over 20 years. She took pride in her professional career and held her work family very close to her.
