In Loving Memory of Thelma Marie Fox
November 18, 1959 – June 4, 2025
Thelma "Becky" Fox, 65, of Hannibal, NY, passed away peacefully on June 4th, 2025, surrounded by love and family. Born on November 18th, 1959, Becky was known for her unshakable strength, bravery, and ever so loving heart.

A devoted mother, she leaves behind her two beloved sons, Jamie and Dylan Bortle, who were the absolute pride and joy of her entire life. She is also survived by her soon to be granddaughter Rylan Bortle, the love of her life James "Jeb" Bortle, her brother Bobby Emert, her twin brother Ellery "Bud" Emert, and sisters Sue May, Joanne Lucas and their significant others Dan Mcmannamy and Hugh Lucas. As well as many beloved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother, Jimmy Emert. Becky faced life's challenges with courage and grace, her resilience was nothing short of extraordinary.

An avid nature enthusiast, Becky found beauty and peace in the outdoors, often spending her days soaking up the sun, enjoying her pool and tending to her garden. She also found much joy in baking and cooking for her loved ones. Through sickness and health she continued to nurture those she cared for. Her laughter and humorous wit would brighten the darkest of all our days, and her extreme strength was a steady presence to all who knew her.

She will forever be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. A celebration of her life will be held at an undetermined date.
