Teresa L. Markowski, 63, of Red Creek, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Wayne County Nursing Home. She was born in the town of Lyons, daughter of the late Gerald Andrew Trine, and Henrietta Mary Shortsleeve. She had previously worked at Cahoon Farms. She loved gardening and tending to her flower beds, as well as four wheeling.

She is survived by her significant other, Kurt Reis, mother, Henrietta Shortsleeve Trine, daughter, Corrine (Eric) Boyler, sons, Matthew (Jessica) Markowski, Aaron (Emily) Markowski, Ryan (Ashley) Markowski, brothers, Gerry Trine, Craig Trine, Chris (Deanna) Trine, Mark Trine, and Scott Trine, grandchildren, Gracelyn, Faith, Noah, Ellie, Hunter, Rylee, Teagan, Bailey, Dakota, Eila, and Colt, as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.
