Sarah Ernest, 28, formerly of Utica and Cato, passed away Tuesday at Upstate University Hospital. She is the daughter of Mark Ernest and Kim Ernest.
Sarah enjoyed being a volunteer at Meridian Fire Department and camping.
She is survived by her parents Mark and Kim, three brothers; Tobias Knopp of Baldwinsville, Christopher Knopp of Baldwinsville and Mike (Alicia) Ernest of Liverpool, two Grandparents; Marjorie Ernest and Richard Greene, as well as a nephew Gabriele.
Calling hours will take place Friday, September 23, 2016, at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, from 11:00-1:00, a funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm, and burial will take place in Cato Union Hill Cemetery, Cato following the funeral. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association at, Donatenow.heart.org .
