Sandra (Dumas) Hunt, 60 of Wolcott, NY, passed away July 30, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family after a courageous and short battle with cancer. She was born in Lyons, NY on August 04, 1959. Daughter of the late Kenneth Dumas and Mary Tyrell Dumas. She was employed at Wayne County Eggs and prior to that, Leisure Living Veterans Home. She enjoyed crafts, cooking and most of all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband William Hunt Sr. of 44 years, 4 daughters; Billie Jo (Brian) Perrotta of Wolcott, Bobbi Jo Hunt of Wolcott, Bonny Jo (Matthew) Aumick of Wolcott, Betty Jo (Matthew) Smith of Red Creek, and a son William James (Jessica Pople) Hunt Jr. of Wolcott, step mother Ruth Dumas of Savannah, a brother, Rory Dumas of Rochester, 2 sisters, Becky Cronin of Newark, and Christine Dumas of Clifton Springs, 13 Grandchildren, a great Granddaughter due in August, beloved dog Daisy, and several nieces and nephews.
Sandra touched the lives of so many with her kindness, caring heart, and selflessness. She was the most thankful person. She was always smiling and putting a smile on other people's faces.
There are no calling hours or services, a graveside burial with a celebration of life will be planned for a future date. Arrangements are in care of the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek.
