Rhoda Victoria Pickard, 90, formerly of Ira, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022, at Manor at Seneca Hill surrounded by her family. She worked at the Cato Showprint, as well as a bartender for many years before retiring. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Frederick Adrian and Celine Hisington Adrian. She loved cooking, baking, crocheting, trips to the casino, feeding animals, and the annual family reunion.

She is predeceased by her husbands Steven DeVille and Paul Pickard, daughters, Sally Broekhuizen, and Teri Pickard, son-in-law Gerald Broekhuizen, brothers, John Adrian, and Butch Adrian, sisters, Fredda Rogers, and Betty Ehman.

Survived by her partner, William Nies of Fulton, daughters, Sandy (Jeff) Williams of Constantia, Paula (Troy) Perkins of Elbridge, Billee Jo (Matt) Peck of Cortland, sons, Steve (Linda) DeVille of Jordan, Paul (Kristy Evans) Pickard of Hannibal, Ward (Peggy) Pickard of Ira, Mark (Edie) Pickard of Missouri, and William Pickard of Fulton, brother, William (JoAnne) Adrian of PA, 14 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Saturday, 1:00-3:00 with a funeral service at 3:00 at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, burial will take place in the spring at the Lysander Union Cemetery.
