Martville is in mourning. Nancy Wright, 76, who was like a neighborhood Mom
to so many, passed away Wednesday, January 23rd. She was an excellent
cook who made holidays memorable by making and giving out Christmas
cookies and Halloween candied apples. She was also an avid gardener
who spent countless hours raising flowers toiling alongside her
husband Art. Nancy Lee Bonnell Wright was born 06-04-1942 to George
Curtis Bonnell and Beulah Bernice (Pierce) Bonnell in Fulton, New York.
Nancy was predeceased by both of her parents, brothers Richard C.
Bonnell, Curtis L. Bonnell, Frederick C. Bonnell, George W. "Billy"
Bonnell and sister Kathleen D. "Kathy" (Bonnell) Allen. She is survived
by her husband Arthur Frederick Wright; her sisters Marsha (Bonnell)
Quigley and Barbara (Bonnell) Morrison; her children Curtis Wright,
Katrina (Wright) Fillmore, and Keith Wright;
her grandchildren Brianna Wright Wilbur, Bethanie Wright Suchnicki,
Thomas Fillmore, and Mary Fillmore; and many nieces and nephews
who were invited along on camping trips or shared quality time
with her in her kitchen, the family pool or the flower gardens. Celebration of Life ceremony to be held at Martville Methodist Church in Martville NY Sunday, February 03, at 3:00 PM. Private family only graveside service will be held in the spring
