Mildred "Mickey" Ellison Jeffers, 79, of Red Creek, passed away, Saturday, February 16, 2019, at
Rochester General Hospital. She was born in Gouverneur, " Natural Dam", April 03, 1939, the daughter of
the late William Ellison, and Ruth White Ellison. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an
Elementary school teacher At Red Creek Schools. She enjoyed travelling around the world, reading,
puzzles, and , cooking for family.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Jeffers, daughters, Kristi Cusa of Elbridge, and, Lori (Pat) Fallon
of Glenns Falls, son, Mark Williamson of Olympia Washington, a sister, Isabelle Murphy of Buffallo, as
well as several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and, Friends.
She is predeceased by her parents, William and Ruth Ellison, a son, Jeffrey Williamson, brothers, Robert
Ellison, William Ellison, and, David Ellison, and a sister, Marybelle Lewis.
Calling hours will be Friday, February 22, at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00 PM, a
service will follow at 7:00. Interment will take place in the spring at Fairmount Cemetery, Red Creek, at
an undetermined date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, donatenow.heart.org
