Michael G. Guerin, 75, of Sterling, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024. He was born in Rochester, February 21, 1949, the son of the late George T. Guerin, and the late Hannah N. Steely Guerin. Michael's passions were horses; he was well accomplished in Jiujitsu being a third-degree black belt. He was versed in Japanese, as well as a big follower of the Jewish heritage and language. He served in the USMC, he received a bronze star as well as a purple heart, in his later years he also enjoyed HAM radio.

He is predeceased by his sister-in-law, Diane Guerin.

Survived by his brothers, Patrick Guerin of Sterling, and Gregory Guerin of Sterling, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling will take place Saturday, August 16, 12:00-1:00 PM at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek with a memorial service at 1:00, burial with military honors will follow at Springbrook Cemetery, Sterling.
