Mary Victoria Alonso, née Chalupa, age 92, of Clyde, New York, passed away on Friday August 28, 2026. She was born on January 27, 1934 to Frank and Virginia (Lane) Chalupa. She loved puttering around her 3 acres and enjoyed the company of her cats.

Mary is survived by her son Richard Alonso (Nanette Bergevin) of Jordan NY, granddaughter Kathryn Alonso-Bergevin, grandson Nathan (Loren) Alonso of Ontario Canada, brother Paul (Jan) Chalupa of Massachusetts and many friends. She was preceded in death by her son Steven; sisters, Doris, Esther, Edna, Laura and brother Irving.

A private family service will be held graveside.
