Leonard M. "Lenny" Sherman, 71, of Martville passed away suddenly Thursday, February 5, 2026. He was born in Oswego, son of the late Leonard E. Sherman, and Margaret Fillingham Sherman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and had worked as a mechanic at Longley's Auto Repair in Fair Haven for many years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Melody Schrader Sherman.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret, children, Corey (Sabrina) Sherman of Sterling, and Kayla (Chris) Brown of Tennessee, brothers, James Sherman of Sterling, Jeff (Cindy) Sherman of Hannibal, Rodney (Bonnie) Sherman of Sterling, and Shawn (Rhonda) Sherman of Sterling, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Monday, February 9, 4:00-6:00 at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek. A graveside service will take place in the spring at Martville Cemetery.
