Leo William "Bill" Pollock, Jr., 85, of Cato, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2019 with family by his side. He was born in Fayetteville, son of the late Leo William Pollock , Sr., and, Cecelia Weller Pollock. Prior to retirement he was a mechanic at Tabers in Cato as well as a truck driver for Barr Transportation. He enjoyed spending winters in Florida, mowing, gardening, camping, snowmobiling and motorcycling. He was a 40 year member of the Cato Fire Department.

He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Jane Brandes Pollock, they married in 1955, as well as a brother Ronnie Pollock.

Survived by two sons, James (Robin) Pollock of Tennessee, and Gordon (Jean) Pollock of Memphis, NY, two brothers, Richard Pollock of Auburn, and, Larry "Punk" Pollock of Florida.,  a sister, Linda Pollock of North Carolina, several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday, August 01, 10:00-12:00 at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, a service will take place at noon, burial to follow at Cato Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Alzheimers Foundation , alzfdn.org . www.catoredcreek.com
