Kurt Adam, 52, of Jamesville, NY was promoted to heaven on Thursday, October 6,
2016. He was the loving son of the late Richard and Mary Louise Adam, and the
beloved brother of John (Sharon), the late Paul (Cindy), Jane Houck, and Nora (John)
Bartholomew. Kurt was a kind, considerate man who valued God and family. His
creativity and sense of humor were unmatched. Kurt worked for years as a corrections
officer, and he enjoyed numerous projects, especially restoring old items. Many nieces
and nephews, aunts, an uncle, cousins, and friends will sorely miss Kurt, along with his
siblings and his dog, Roxy. There will be a memorial service, November 05, 2016 at 10:00 AM, at the St. Thomas Church, Red Creek.
Arrangements are in care of Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek, NY. Donations
in Kurt's memory may be made to Syracuse SPCA or the American Heart Association.
