Karen Susan Taylor, 73, of Lyons, NY passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, July 27, 2024. She was born in Lyons, July 4, 1951, daughter of the late Kenneth Louis Norris, and Doris Emma Finch- Norris. She had worked for the Wayne County Welfare Office and was most recently a caretaker.  She loved gardening, shopping and reading, but most of all spending time with her family, grandkids, and her friends.

She is predeceased by her father, Kenneth Louis Norris.

Survived by her children, Hilary (Brian) Deaver of Williamsburg, VA, son, Jonathan (Brittany Graybiel) Taylor of Beverly Hills Fl., mother, Doris Emma Finch-Norris, brothers, Keith (Donna) Norris of North Rose, Jeffrey (Heidi Burm) Norris of North Rose, and Bradley (Alice) Norris of Canandaigua, grandchildren, Mia and Tyson Deaver, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday, August 2, 11:00am-12:00pm and Memorial service 12:00-1:00 pm at the Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, NY 14516, burial to follow at Rose Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the VFW in Clyde at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to VFW Clyde in her memory, 26 Sodus Street, Clyde, NY, 14433.
