Joseph Casserino, 79, of Fair Haven, passed away suddenly with his wife and children by his side, Friday, November 11, 2016 at Upstate University Hospital. Joseph was born in Irondequoit, the son of the late Russell Casserino and Margaret Gombetto Casserino. He enjoyed fishing, karaoke, playing guitar, bluegrass and country music, and especially his grandchildren. He also served third call Petty Officer in Navy/Air Force. And was employed as a municipal foreman for the town of Irondequoit.
He is survived by his wife , Martha Casserino, two daughters; Casey Casserino of Scottsville, and, Missy (Jeff) Colvin of Marion , a step daughter, Emily (Joseph) and children of Tennesee, one son,Rusty (Maria) Casserino of Pennsylvania, one brother, Carmen (Sue) Casserino of Rochester , nine grandchildren; Timothy Reeves Casserino, Jessica Reeves Casserino, Jamie Colvin, Kristi Colvin, Brandon Casserino, Briana Casserino, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Joseph is predeceased by his sister, Mary Levandowski.

A memorial service will take place Tuesday, November 15, from 1:00-3:00 at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, 6816 Church St. Red Creek, NY 13143.
