Jason F. Dawson, 34, of Red Creek NY left this earth on Sunday July 8, 2018. He leaves us with good memories, his love for family, friends, animals and his ability to make people laugh.
Although Jason struggled with addiction his entire adult life he led a productive life working at sawmills and warehouses. Whatever job he was given Jason did it well. His passion was making people laugh and he used this quality to lighten the burdens of those around him.
Jason was predeceased by his father Dale F. Dawson, Grandparents Grace & Gilbert Porter, Donald Dawson and Catherine Bailey.
He is survived by his mother and step-father Barbara Dawson O'Connell & Daniel F. O'Connell, whom he left in charge of his beloved rescue cat "Smokey", brother James Dawson (Christi Gibbs), sister Kimberly (John) Crandon, niece Julie Crandon and nephew Noah Crandon. He also left his Grandmother Barbara (Donald) Bailey, aunts, uncles and step-brothers and sisters.

There will be no calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, is in care of the arrangements.
