Helga Raymond passed away on March 14 at the Wayne County Nursing Home at the age of 93. She was born in Frankfurt , Germany.

She was predeceased by her husband William, her parents  Georg ,Johanna (Nett) Hasenpflug, and Aunt Leni Nett.

She is survived by her children Carl ( Michele ) Raymond, (Phil) Linda Eygnor, (Jim) Janise Pilosi, and (Jerry) Heidi Green.
Grandchildren Daniel,Joshua, Andrew, Elizabeth Raymond; Jessica Eygnor  ( Rob Iacovella, William, Andrea Eygnor; Jeffrey (Brenda) , Christopher, Timothy Pilosi; Joel ( Molly ), Aubrey Green .
Great grandchildren  Alayna Raymond; Ava, Leo Iacovella; Paxton, Preston Pilosi; and Theodore Green.  Her cousin Margot Jost and her son Karlheinz .
Helga and her husband Bill met in Germany, and she was the first war bride in New York State after World War Two. Helga and Bill had many friends and were actively involved at the Huron Presbyterian Church, the Wolcott Lions Club, and Wolcott Lioness Club.
There were many family trips to several states camping and sightseeing. Helga and Bill traveled to many countries and spent many winters in Florida. Helga enjoyed many years working at the North Rose Elementary School office. She enjoyed embroidery, knitting, crocheting and reading as hobbies.
A memorial service for Helga and Bill will be Saturday, July 13, 11:00 AM at the Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St. North Rose, NY 14516. Their burial will be a private family burial at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery.
