Heather A. Simpkins, 35, of Red Creek, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at Albany Medical Center. She was born in Oswego, June 24, 1988, daughter of Lee Simpkins, and Rita Hunt Mills. She loved sewing and making crafts.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Olivia McCloe, and a brother, Bradley Simpkins.

Survived by her fiancé, Steven McCloe, father, Lee (Karen Lang) Simpkins, mother, Rita Hunt (Tim) Mills, brothers, Daniel Simpkins, and Devon Simpkins, sister, Ashley Willborn, as well as several nieces and nephews.
