Harold Allen Hemler, 85, of Cato, passed away Saturday, October 27,2018, at his home surrounded by his family. Harold was born in Hanover, PA, son of the late Herbert Hemler, and , Mary Jane Livelsberger Hemler. He was known as a jack of all trades who enjoyed working , mowing the lawn, laughing, and most especially being a Father and Grandfather.
He is predeceased by a son Michael Hemler.
Harold is survived by his wife, Patricia Scott Hemler, ten children, Toni (George) Hemler LaRoche, of Washington, David Hemler of Phoenix, Tina Hemler of Washington, Scott (Suzie) Hemler of Solvay, Lisa Hemler of Tully, Gail Hemler of Deryder, Mark (Karen) Hemler of Fl., Karen Williams of Fl., Jeremy Hemler of Cato, and Janny (Jesse) Wilson of Cato, his daughter in-law Sheila Hemler as well as 24 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Thursday, November 01, from 4:00-7:00 at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, a funeral service will take place Friday at the St. Patrick's Church, Cato, at 10:30 AM.  If anyone wishes to make contributions they may do so to St. Judes Childrens Hospital. www.st.jude.org
