Frank D. Howell, 68 of Red Creek, passed away on December 30, in the Oswego Hospital.

He was born in Auburn and was the son of the late Frank and Eva Crane Howell.

Mr. Howell had been employed for many years as a carpenter.

He is survived by his life partner, Kathy DeGroff of Red Creek, one daughter Nadine Hodge of Oklahoma City, OK, three sons, Chad Wellott of Rochester NY, Shawn Howell of Red Creek NY, Christopher Howell of Seneca Falls NY, one brother Dana Howell of Fulton NY and two sisters Karen Rivera of Binghamton and Lynn Gouin of Auburn.

A Celebration of Mr. Howell's Life will be held at his former home May 17th, 2020.
