Francis A. Samul III, 72, born April 03, 1949, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Oswego Hospital. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Francis Samul Jr., and Mary Andrews Samul. He enjoyed reading.

Survived by his brothers, John (Inna) Samul of San Bernardino, Stanley (Patsy) Samul of Sterling, Andrew (Carol) Samul of Marathon Fl., and nephew Michael as well as several cousins.
