Dorothy E. Pettit, 98, of Fair Haven, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020, at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Rose, daughter of the late Thomas Norris and Ella Henry Norris. She loved her family and enjoyed baking a cooking for them. She was a life member of the American Legion Fair Haven.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Pettit, a daughter, Janice Pettit, as well as 5 brothers, and, 4 sisters.
Survived by her children, Joyce Ziegler of Virginia, Jean (Mark) Wilkinson of Fair Haven, and, Jill Roberts of Fair Haven, son, Roger (Darleen) Pettit of Fair Haven, 8 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 3:00-6:00 Tuesday, June 16, at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek, social distancing guidelines will be in place, a funeral will take place at 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home, burial will follow at Springbrook Cemetery.
