Dorothy A. Manning, 87, of Cato, passed away Monday, July 20, 2026. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Michael Ozogar, and the late Anna Puchir Ozogar. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her family.

Dorothy is predeceased by her brother, Robert Ozogar.

She is survived by her husband, Donald, as well as her sons, Dale, Brian, and Gary, grandchildren, Brianna, Gregory, and Sebastian, as well as nieces and nephews.
