Donna Lancett, 65, formerly of Auburn, passed away Sunday at Auburn Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. Donna was the daughter of Virginia Pratt and of the late Donald Lancett, Sr.

Donna graduated from Cato-Meridian School District in 1969. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching Nascar, especially her favorite driver Danica Patrick. She had worked at several nursing homes as a nurse's aid throughout her career.

Donna is survived her mother Virginia Pratt, four brothers, Donald (Margaret Ryan) Lancett of Auburn, Spike (Pat) Pratt of Cato, Chip (Kari Murphy) Pratt of Hannibal and Danny Lancette of North Syracuse, two sisters, Diane (Dickie) Wheeler of Syracuse and Darlene Hunter of North Carolina, as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and Friends are invited to a celebration of Donna's at the Cato American Legion, 2598 Legion Street, from 11:00 – 1:00 Wednesday.
