Deborah "Deb" Saya, 68, of Lysander, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Amed Perrotta, and the late Evelyn Abbott Perrotta. Deb loved spending her time cooking, being out on the boat, and enjoyed going to the dirt races.

She is survived by her companion of 24 years, Doug Shattell, brother, George (Sandra) Perrotta of Cato, sister, Lee (David) Donk of Wolcott, and several nieces and nephews.
