Dallas R. Jackson Sr.,74, passed away December 29, 2018, at his home. Born in Beckley, West Virginia, son of the late Pete Jackson and Mary Gardner Jackson.
Dallas was a laborer for various construction companies in the area and working in the coal mines. He greatly enjoyed gardening in his six gardens, singing and playing guitar as well as hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is predeceased by his parents Pete and Mary Jackson, brothers Carlos and William Jackson, as well as a grandson, Deven Jackson.
He is survived by his wife Betty Goodman Jackson, brother Thomas (Loretta) Jackson of Chuckey, Tennessee, sister Regina McQuillen of Beckley, West Virginia, four daughters, Pamela Bowles of Clifton Springs, Cheryl (Lee) Sanders of Shortsville, Christine (Shawn) Farrell of Martville, Shelia (Dennis) Wiegert-Lucieer of Newark, and two sons, Dallas (CrystaLee) Jackson Jr. of Red Creek and Michael (Enjoli) Jackson of Wolcott, as well as Grandchildren, Myranda, Bethany, Bradley, Krystal, Stephanie, Jason, Travis, Brandon, Shawn, Makayla and Alana. Several great grand children and several nieces and nephews.
