Clarence Wheaton, 73, of Red Creek, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2020, at the Commons at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Auburn, surrounded by his family. He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late Ethel Clark Greene.  Prior to retirement he was employed as a welder at Xerox in Webster. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and tinkering in his garage.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Susan Walker Wheaton, Daughters, Sheryl (Keith) West of Martville, Tonya (John) Campbell of PA, and, Tina (John) Crank of TX, son, James (Sara) Wheaton of Red Creek, Brother, Warren (Rose) Wheaton of Lyons, Sister, Lorraine Greene of Savanah, 25 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
