Carol Culver, 91, of Cayuga, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017, at Auburn Community Hospital. She was born in North Rose, NY, the daughter of the late Ernest Noyes and Florence Drury Noyes. She enjoyed knitting, reading, puzzles and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by her family as she was considered the Matriarch.
Carol was predeceased by her husband Joseph A. Culver (1969), as well as two children, Donna Blake (1988) and Joseph E. Culver (2013), one sister, Shirley Tavener (2012), and two grandchildren, Margaret (2014) and Sandra (2015).
She is survived by a daughter, Susan (John) Busker of Iowa, one son, Larry (Patty) Culver, as well as a daughter in law Pam Culver, a sister, Nancy Oterdoom, and eleven grandchildren; Tammy, William, Theresa, Eric, Sara, Jennifer, Lisa, Anne and Emma, eighteen great grandchildren, and ten great great grandchildren.
Calling hours will take place from 11:00-12:00 Wednesday, March 01, 2017 at the Keysor-Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Cato, with a funeral service to follow at noon. If anyone wishes to make a contribution they can do so to a charity of their choice. www.catoredcreek.com
