Brenda C. Smith, 56, of Sterling, passed away Sunday, January 02, 2022, at Oswego Hospital. She was born in Oswego, daughter of the late George Chillson, and Joan Flohr Chillson. Brenda enjoyed her animals and spending time with her family.

She is predeceased by her stepson, Zachary Smith, and sister, Bonnie Rushfeldt.

Survived by her husband, Ted Smith of Sterling, stepdaughter, Kathryn Smith of Rochester, brother, Tom (Patty) Chillson of Sterling, sisters, Sherrie (Terry) Lewchanin of Sterling, and Nancy McLaughlin of Oswego, as well as several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be Saturday, January 08, 11:00-1:00 with a memorial service at 1:00 at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek.
