Red Creek

Obituary

Asa M. Uribe, 22, of Red Creek, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 1230 pm. He died instantly in a car accident where no one was to blame but the ice and snow. We don't believe he suffered at all. He went from life to life in the twinkling of an eye. We believe since he was always trying to help people down here that he would want his body donated to people in need. His eyes will help the blind to see, and his circulatory system will keep someone's heart beating etc. He showed the love of his Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ in his behavior and actions in this life and continues after this, his transformation. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Hector Carmelo Uribe-Anaya, and Karen Robinson-Black. He loved people and they loved him. He loved his buddies and church family. He loved the people at Red Creek's Dollar General, which was his first job after graduating homeschool and working at Lowes and his coworkers and customers there in Oswego. He was in charge of Lead Fulfillment. He was an avid coin collector, stamp collector, creative-artist type, a gamer and the best son and brother a family could ever want.

He is survived by his mother, Karen Robinson-Black, brother, Hector Javier Uribe of Red Creek, maternal grandparents, Jay and Susan Robinson, paternal grandparent, Martin Uribe, as well as uncles Jay Robinson and Jesus Uribe, an aunt, Juanita Uribe, and several cousins. His precious girlfriend, Olivia Sanderson of Oswego, His half-brother, Diego Uribe, and half-sister, Ana Uribe,
